Un séjour Confortable et Agréable à l'Hôtel Istanbul Besiktas Serenity

Advantages: We used double family Connected Room/ this is an apartment for a 4-member family / comfortable beds, clean, two bathrooms with toilets, the rooms are soundproofed, there are disposable slippers, bathroom supplies.Breakfast is typical Continental, it's good, it's not very varied, but it's not a problem. The restaurant is cozy, clean and refills as soon as the amount of food in the plateau decreases. The coffee is only Schwartz and is weak in taste, but still the preferences are individual. There is a variety of tea, milk cold, two types of juice. Of the baked snacks there are about 2-3 types of salty, respectively sweet things. Salami one of two types, cheeses and cheeses greater variety. Olives of two kinds. A pleasant surprise is fresh mint, spinach, parsley and dill. Scrambled and boiled eggs as assortment aitza. Several types of breakfast cereals, the usual sweet, honey, oils, 3-4 types of bread. Water, in small plastic "cups" type box.

Advantages: I really liked the location of the hotel. The staff is wonderful, attentive and friendly. I would especially like to mention the cleaning staff and the kitchen staff are working fine. The staff at the reception were also always friendly and helpful. It feels like a really strong and professional team is working here!👍👍👍 Disadvantages: I can't say anything negative. I liked everything!

Advantages: It was a great place, excellent for walking to the River front, boat trips were great too, an hour for £4... loads of restaurants and bars nearby Disadvantages: 1st floor main street facing was very noisy, but it is Istanbul so you wont get countryside peace

Advantages: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area and reach the main attractions by public transport or taxi. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. As a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would also be happy to stay here again on a future visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Disadvantages: Nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

updated comment:Our time at the Serenity Hotel was really great. The cleanliness, order and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel make you feel good from the first moment. The staff was extremely friendly and interested, but I would like to open a separate bracket especially for Özlem Hanım. Thanks to his interest and interest, sincerity and professionalism, our vacation has become much more enjoyable. It is really admirable that he helps with everything and takes care of the guests one-on-one. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was quite delicious. In short, I recommend it with peace of mind to everyone who wants to relax and get a quality service. We are definitely thinking about coming back!
